DINING FAQ

  • Reservations for our Dining Room are always available. Reservations for our Performance Space become available when the shows are listed, generally 60 days in advance.

  • Yes! We’ll have plenty of seating for walk-in guests, including tables and bar seats.

  • Monday - Friday: 4 PM to 10 PM  (last call 9:45 PM)

    Saturday - Saturday : 3 PM to 10 PM (last call 9:45 PM)

    We offer Late Night Food Menu on Thursdays - Saturdays from 10PM - 12AM.

  • Groups of 8 or more should visit our Private Events Page for private and large party bookings.

    Reservations for parties of 7 or fewer will be available through our regular reservation system.

PERFORMANCE FAQ

  • You can cancel your performance space reservation up to 24 hours in advance with no fee. Late cancellations and no-shows incur the following fees:

    Brunch: $10 per person

    Dinner:

    • Bar seats: $10 per person

    • Tables: $20 per person

    • VIP: $30 per person

  • Each table seats up to 4 guests, though tables can be put together to accommodate up to 6.

    For larger parties please visit our Private Events Page and submit a Large Party inquiry.

  • You may reserve up to 2 tables per reservation, accommodating up to 6 guests.

  • You can reserve up to 2 seats per person at the bar.

  • We require a food and/or beverage purchase. 

    For our evening performances, VIP booths have a $200 + 20% gratuity minimum spend.

  • Yes, all performances are fully seated, and guests are encouraged to remain seated throughout the show.

  • Dinner performances vary by day and type of performance. The general structure is as follows:

    Thursdays: Music from 7:00 - 8:30pm

    Fridays & Saturdays: Music is from 7:00 - 8:00pm & 8:45-9:45pm

    Some artists have Residencies at Lou’s and their performances take place from 6:45-9:45pm. 

    Seatings align with set times. Seatings and Set Times are listed in the details of the performance when making a reservation. 

    Brunch Performances: run from 12-2:30pm with a set break at 1:00pm

  • Most shows are all ages. Our entire space turns 21+ after 10pm. If there is an age requirement, it will be noted under the specific show.

GENERAL FAQ

  • We recommend smart casual attire, but come as you are!

  • Yes! Gift cards are able to be purchased through our website or in person at the restaurant.

  • Yes! We offer free parking validation 7 days a week while spots are available at the Harvard Square Parking Garage at 20 Eliot St, Cambridge, MA. Please see the host stand for a voucher to use upon exit.

  • Yes! Please visit our Private Events Page.

  • Not before 10 PM. After 10 PM, all guests must be 21+ with a valid ID. We do not accept foreign drivers licenses.

    Please note: You must have the physical ID with you in person. Pictures of IDs and temporary IDs are not accepted.

  • Everyday: Our front bar and the high top tables located directly next to the front bar

    Sunday-Wednesday: Both railings and occasionally the couch arrangements, located in the lounge

  • Our Lounge offers a refined and relaxed setting featuring our front bar (first come, first serve), couch arrangements that seat up to 4 guests, cozy red booths for 2 and two railing seating areas: the back rail overlooking the performance space and the window rail, next to the DJ booth. The Lounge also serves as one of our entertainment areas, with DJs performing throughout the week and our weekly Jazz Duo performing Sunday evenings, right by the DJ booth.

    Our Dining Room is more of a traditional dining experience, offering comfortable booths that seat up to 6 as well as tables that accommodate 2-3 guests. While this room is separate from the Lounge and Performance Space, guests are still able to enjoy the music wherever they are in the dining room.

    Our Performance Space features our back bar, traditional dining tables and elevated VIP booths. This space is dedicated to our performances and events on occasion. The Performance Space is open for reservations Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evenings, as well as during our Saturday and Sunday brunches, when performances are scheduled.

    Full Brunch and Dinner Service is offered in each open section of the restaurant.
