Boston-based composer, hip-hop producer and keyboardist Cat Tremblay (a.k.a. Catman) specializes in beat-driven music featuring warm synths, dense jazzy chords and heavy drums. A formally trained pianist and composer, his music seamlessly combines jazz fusion, hip-hop and modern electronic music, and features elements of classic R&B, dream pop and synthwave.

In addition to his solo work—including the debut album Somewhere in Between—Catman plays keyboards with the jazz-fusion group City of Four, which has toured the Northeast and received nods from DownBeat and All About Jazz. In 2024, he opened for Catpack, featuring Amber Navran (Moonchild) and Jacob Mann (Louis Cole), at The Middle East in Cambridge.
